Predrag J. VASIĆ
PREDRAG VASIĆ, son of JOVAN, born on October 26, 1913, in Mostar. Graduate of the technical faculty in Belgrade. Pre-war member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia (KPJ), football player for FC “Velež”. Taken by the Ustaše on June 23, 1941, and killed in Konjic.
Predrag’s brother is Nenad Vasić, a lawyer and reserve officer, member of the KPJ before the war, a veteran fighter, and a political worker in the People’s Liberation War (NOB). He advocated for a hardline KPJ position and parted ways with the party in 1948.
