LAZAR UNKOVIĆ, son of SIMO, born on May 5, 1896, in Nevesinje. Tailor by trade. Studied, lived, and worked in Mostar. Participant in the October Revolution, pre-war member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia (KPJ). Arrested by the Ustaše in August 1941 in Mostar, taken away and killed.
