Ešrefa O. BILIĆ
EŠREFA BILIĆ also known as ZBROJEVKA, daughter of OSMAN, born on April 18, 1923, in Mostar, a worker at the Textile Factory in Mostar. She became a member of the League of Communist Youth (SKOJ) in 1940 and Communist Party of Yugoslavia (KPJ) in 1941. She was one of the founders of the trade union organization in the textile factory in Mostar in 1939. She joined the Battalion in December 1941. In 1942, she found herself at the very beginning of the Chetnik coup but managed to remain unharmed. She served as a medical officer in the unit and was killed in Mišljen on November 15, 1943, in a battle against the Chetniks while trying to help a wounded comrade.
