MUHAMED RASIM VEJZOVIĆ, son of OMER, born in 1918 in Mostar. Barber. Member of the League of Communist Youth (SKOJ), activist, and underground worker. Was arrested by the Italians in April 1943. Arrested again by the Ustaše in February 1945 in Mostar, taken to Sarajevo, and killed.
The underground worker Hasnija Demirović, née Krpo, believed that Rasim was killed in a concentration camp. She recalled: “At the beginning of the war, they often left bundles of bulletins and proclamations with me, which we then distributed further. Similar materials were brought by other workers, including, I remember, Rasim Vejzović (killed in the concentration camp) and his mother Zejna.”
