Mitar J. VANOVIĆ

(1907. Mostar – 1941. Gospić)

MITAR VANOVIĆ, son of JOVO, born on November 24, 1907, in Malo Polje near Mostar. Mechanic. Pre-war member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia (KPJ), arrested multiple times. Arrested by the Ustaše in Mostar in the summer of 1941, taken to Gospić, and killed.
