Mile Z. MILETIĆ
MILE MILETIĆ, son of ZVONIMIR, born on October 12, 1923* in Mostar. Tailor. Member of the League of Communist Youth (SKOJ) since 1941 when he was admitted to one of the SKOJ core cell in Mostar. Secretary of the regional leadership of SKOJ. According to family tradition, “he put up posters around Mostar, and when they started to chase him, he swam across the Neretva River in January and died of pneumonia, although the book (Spomenica Mostara) states tuberculosis.” Died on March 20, 1943* in Mostar.
Mile is the son of the fallen activist Zvonimir Zvonko Miletić.
