Mehmed S. REBAC
MEHMED MEHO REBAC, son of SALIH, born on August 1, 1915, in Mostar. He was a mechanic and an activist of the National Liberation Movement (NOP). He joined the People’s Liberation Army and Partisan Detachments in February 1945, serving in the 10th Hercegovina Brigade. As a fighter, he was wounded at Ivan-sedlo and passed away on March 18, 1945, at the Military Hospital in Mostar.
In the People’s Liberation War (NOB), two brothers of Meho Rebac, Ahmed Rebac and Husnija Rebac, were also killed.
