Mehmed A. OMERAGIĆ
MEHMED MEHO OMERAGIĆ, son of AVDO, born on September 9, 1917, in Mostar. Shoemaker. Activist of the People’s Liberation Movement. Arrested by the Ustaše in June 1943. According to a Ustaše document, he was “sentenced to a 2-year term in the camp on the recommendation of the Ž.R.O. in Mostar; an incorrigible thief.” He was taken to Jasenovac (according to some sources, Stara Gradiška) with Hamid Vuk in early September 1943. Killed in 1944.
