Husein S. TIKVEŠA
HUSEIN TIKVEŠA, son of SALIH, born on April 22, 1924, in Šurmanci near Čapljina. He was a student at the Teacher Training School in Mostar. He became a member of the Communist Youth Union (SKOJ) in 1943. He joined the Battalion in August 1943, serving as a squad leader. He was killed in Grušća near Konjic in April 1944.
