Franjo N. MARKIĆ
FRANO MARKIĆ, son of NIKO, born on August 26, 1918, in Mostar. Pre-war member of the Communist Youth League (SKOJ) and a member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia (KPJ). From the spring of 1941, he served in Donja Andrijevica in Slavonia. He joined the National Liberation Army and Partisan Detachments in 1941 in the partisan unit in Donja Andrijevica, serving as a squad commander. He was killed in September 1942 in Donja Andrijevica.
