Baldo BASARIĆ
BALDO BASARIĆ, a machine gunner of the 2nd Platoon of the 3rd Battalion, born in Dalmatia, a worker. Arrested in Mostar but apparently managed to escape, after which he likely joined the detachment. Engaged in the National Liberation Movement since 1942, survived the Chetnik coup in Bijela in the same year. Killed on Mount Treštenik, east of Avtovac, on May 19, 1943.
