Božo B. ŠUPLJEGLAV
BOŽIDAR BOŽO ŠUPLJEGLAV, son of BRANKO, born on July 18, 1924, in Lakiševine near Mostar. Blacksmith, completed apprenticeship in Obrenovac. Member of the League of Communist Youth of Yugoslavia (SKOJ) since 1944. Joined the People’s Liberation Army and Partisan Detachments (NOV i POJ) in July 1944, in the 3rd Battalion of the 10th Herzegovinian Brigade, as a fighter. During the attack by Ustaše forces on the village of Lakiševine on September 30, 1944, he was caught and killed while serving as a courier.
