Mitar S. GAČIĆ
MITAR GAČIĆ, son of STOJAN, born on July 1, 1922, in Žitomislići near Mostar, a farmer. A member of the League of Communist Youth (SKOJ), joined the the National Liberation Army and Partisan Detachments in March 1944, in the 10th Herzegovina Brigade. A fighter, killed in July 1944 in the 1st (Mostar) Battalion of the 13th Herzegovina Brigade in Trusina near Nevesinje.
