Smail I. DIZDAR
(1920. Počitelj – 1944. Novi Grad)
SMAIL DIZDAR, son of IBRAHIM, born on April 5, 1920, in Počitelj. A medic. He lived and worked in Mostar since 1939. Joined the National Liberation Army and Partisan Detachments in 1944. Sadly, he lost his life on October 12, 1944, near Podravski Novi Grad as a fighter of the 1st Battalion, 2nd Brigade, 33rd Croatian Division.
