Omer V. ĆURIĆ
OMER ĆURIĆ, son of VEJSIL, born on March 7, 1923, in Humilišani near Mostar. Student at the Commercial Academy. Joined the National Liberation Army and Partisan Detachments in October 1943, serving with the Slovenian partisans. Member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia (KPJ). Killed in action as a political commissar of a battalion in January 1944 near Čepovan, Slovenia.
