According to family tradition, “he put up posters around Mostar, and when they started to chase him, he swam across the Neretva River in January and died of pneumonia, although the book (Spomenica Mostara) states tuberculosis.” Died on March 20, 1943* in Mostar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
