Circumstances of Milorad’s death:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“On that day, the 14th Brigade, after relieving the 13th Brigade in its section of the front, remained in position to secure the passage of other units. However, it happened that the enemy simultaneously began to withdraw. The brigade took advantage of this by exerting pressure with its weaker units to liberate Ostro\u017eac. In the battles fought by divisions from April 18 to 22, mainly in the Biha\u0107 field, 9 fighters and officers were killed, and around twenty were wounded. The following individuals were killed: Husein (Huso) Hamzi\u0107 from Pje\u0161ivac near Stolac, Esad Mehi\u0107 from Mostar, and Milorad Mi\u010di\u0107 from Mostar, all three from the 13th Brigade; Lazar (Lazo) Lozo from Kuti Liva\u010d near Mostar, Alija Mari\u0107 from Dobr\u010d near Mostar, and Mehmed Omanovi\u0107 from Kuti Liva\u010d<\/em><\/em> near Mostar, all three from the 14th Brigade (\u2026).”<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" MILORAD MI\u010cI\u0106, son of MANOJLO, born on July 3, 1923, in Mostar.
