He was a railway official and an activist of the National Liberation Movement (NOP). He was married to Ema Pintul Elezovi\u0107, who was the sister of National Hero <a href=\"https:\/\/partizansko.info\/en\/partizan\/ahmet-s-pintul-narodni-heroj\/\" data-type=\"partizan\" data-id=\"13137\">Ahmet Pintul<\/a>. Arrested by Ustashas in February 1945 in Konjic, taken to Sarajevo and killed. No remains were ever found. Despite retreating, the Ustasha arrested a number of activists and sympathizers from Mostar and took them to Sarajevo. Some were killed together with the citizens of Sarajevo, while others were taken to Jasenovac and executed there. From the biographies of the victims, it is evident that it was not always possible to determine who perished at which location.
