A member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia (KPJ) since 1941, he was a prominent activist and anti-fascist in Mostar. He was arrested by the Italians in March 1942 and taken to the Mamula camp, where he was executed in June 1942 on Kameno near Herceg Novi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
