RADMILA RADOJKA AVDALOVI\u0106, daughter of URO\u0160, born on March 15, 1917, in Bjelajac near Mrkonji\u0107 Grad. She graduated from the Teacher Training School in Mostar, where she lived with her family. She worked as a teacher in Lipnik near Gacko. She was a pre-war member of the League of Communist Youth (SKOJ) and a member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia (KPJ) since 1941. She was killed by the Chetniks* in July 1942 in Riljima near Nevesinje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*In an article from 1945, it was stated that the Usta\u0161e were responsible for Radojka’s death: “In 1942, Jelena Avdalovi\u0107 lost her daughter Radmila, who worked as a teacher in the village of Lipnik. The Usta\u0161e killed her because her brothers were freedom fighters.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n In the National Liberation War, two of Radmila’s brothers also died: Mladen Avdalovi\u0107<\/a> and Boro Avdalovi\u0107<\/a>.
